Chess

CHESS IS A BATTLEFIELD! Much like life itself....

Chess is a mental game and is played by two individuals who try to outwit one another in a psychological warfare within a 64-square board.

Each player has the same 16 pieces of material to start with - Light and Dark pieces.

It is a simple game, the two players start out as equals. The first move belongs to the player with the Light pieces who will try to overpower the other player. The second player will try to defend and get the upper hand. Both players will attempt to have better material and position in order to win the game. Objective of the game is to check-mate the opponent's King to win!

Each player will experience a great amount of tension all throughout the game until it ends. It is a quiet game but very exhausting. It deals with imagination, anticipation, traps, sacrifices, strategy, attack and defense. It is beautiful - it helps a person to be more aware of how he thinks and react to things which will make him or her better in all aspects of life.
